A driver who left the scene of a collision in Derby in which a cyclist was injured is being sought by police.
The incident took place on the junction of Osmaston Park Road and Portland Street on Wednesday morning.
The cyclist suffered what were described as "potentially life-altering" injuries to his hand.
The car was described as a white Volkswagen, possibly an S registration, which suffered substantial damage to a window tinted with film.
